3) Via the donation tins at all Robinsons, Marks & Spencer, John Little, River Island, Coast and Ember stores as well as the customer service counters at Jurong Point Shopping Centre and Proton’s Leng Kee and Ubi showrooms.
4) Purchase a Jurong Point gift bag worth over $100, now available at only $10 from the customer service counters at Jurong Point Shopping Centre (500 bags in total on sale). On top of that, 20 volunteers and 2 DJs (Carol/Jean) will walk the mall after 8 am on 3 October in a bid to raise additional money for Operation Smile Singapore. The combined number of steps clocked by all 22 walkers will lead to Jurong Point donating $0.10 for every step taken. (Estimated donation cap: $2,200).

STATUTORY NOTES:
1. Allocation of proceeds: 80% of the proceeds from this public campaign will be allocated to local programmes and expenses.
2. Description of local programmes: Our local programme is post-operative care for children in Singapore who are already operated upon, but needs further medical treatment and counselling. In addition, we have local administrative expenses.

5. Primary activities of Operation Smile Singapore: The primary activities of Operation Smile Singapore is to offer free surgery to poor children suffering from facial deformities in our less fortunate Asian neighbours. Currently these countries are – Bangladesh, Cambodia, China, Indonesia, India, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam and Uzbekistan.
